Legal Services Unit

The Legal Services Unit provides legal services in support of the Ministry’s mandate to create an efficient and fair system of justice for all. In so doing the Legal Services Unit seeks to provide timely and thorough advice based on comprehensive research of all laws and policies and to ensure that the Ministry complies with all legal and regulatory requirements within its operating framework.
