This Division is charged with the responsibility of preparing and monitoring the Ministry’s Legislation Programme as well as carrying out legal research.  The Division also prepares Cabinet Submission and undertakes the drafting of legal documents and provides legal opinions.

In addition, the Division assists the Permanent Secretary in the monitoring, coordinating and scheduling of all legal activities and services of the Ministry.
