The Administrator General's Department took home three of the top awards at the Public Sector Customer Service Awards Ceremony held at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel on Thursday, November 20,2003.

The department won awards for the Best Customer Service Agency,the Best Executive Agency, and the Most Creative Agency. Twenty seven staff members also received Certificates of Achievement for delivery of good Customer Service.
